We met while working together at a prominent tech company abroad, where we saw the same problem over and over: companies struggling with Salesforce. Not because Salesforce wasn't powerful — it was. But because they didn't have the right people to make it work.

We watched overwhelmed admins work 60-hour weeks just to keep up with the backlog. We saw expensive implementations fail because the consultants disappeared after launch. We met CTOs who couldn't find qualified Salesforce talent, and CFOs frustrated by the cost of building an internal team.

In 2017, we founded BKONECT with a simple idea: what if companies could get an entire expert team — Admin, Developer, Architect, BA, Project Manager — for the cost of a single hire? And what if that team was flexible enough to scale with their needs, month to month?
